Par

Warwickshire 230 for 8 (40 overs).

Nick James delivered another bright cameo late in the innings (for 25) to lift Warwickshire to a total which looks about par.

Very difficult to call this one. The Bears need to take early wickets, field well - and get Sales early.

Offside Frank:

Interesting that the man who Warwickshire have told that they don't want has opened the batting and the bowling today.

Jane Hyatt:

I hope they give Nick James a chance, he could get some help with his bowling and be a success. He is already a 2 dimensional player he bats and fields well.

Kenilworth Bear:

Talking of left-arm spinners. Does anyone know what happened with Paul harris? Just after the 2020 he said he wanted to be with the bears for ten years. Next thing he goes away with S.A. and doesnt coem back.

Trevor:

Way under par
